Monday 3.21 82/84 Kate Vidulich 8 Week Ab Accelerators Week 4
OS warm up (http://originalstrength.net/)
Workout A
Set #1: Ab Accelerator
1A: Plank w Leg Raise x 15 each side
- No rest
1B: Dead Bugs x 12 each side
- Rest for 30 seconds at the end of the circuit and repeat 2 more times for a total of 3 rounds
Set #2: 3 rounds
2A: Prisoner Squat x 10 reps each leg (2-0-1)
- No rest
2B: DB Row x 12 reps (2-1-1)-30s
- No rest
2C: Jumping Jacks x 20 reps (moderate)
- Rest for 45s at the end of the circuit and repeat this circuit twice more time for a total of 3 rounds
Set #3: 3 rounds
3A: DB Split Squat x 8 reps each leg (2-0-1)-30s
- No rest
3B: Incline Push up x 12 reps (2-1-1)-did decline
- No rest
3C: Total Body Extension x 15 reps (moderate)
- Rest for 45s at the end of the circuit and repeat this circuit twice more time for a total of 3 rounds
Went through the whole workout in 20s/10s style to finish.

Workout B
Metabolic Conditioning Circuit
Instructions: Perform each of the following in order for 30 seconds, then rest for 30 seconds. Rest for 60s at the end of the circuit and repeat for designated time period and repeat for a total of 2 rounds
(16 minutes total).
1A) High Knees
1B) Walk out to Plank
1C) Squat with T Squeeze
1D) Burpees
2A) Prisoner Reverse Lunges split time between legs
2B) Shuttle Sprints
2C) Mountain Climbers
2D) Jumping Jacks
Added 1 round

Row-15 min-L10-2730-200 meters less than last time. I was taking it easy.
OS mobility.
Day 84-will submit when I re size pics.
