Default Time to Refocus on my own transformation

After taking huge steps backwards in my personal transformation....
I am disappointed in myself. However, I know being mad at myself will not regain the ground I have lost. The way to fix it is to refocus and move on.

Yes the loss of my mother was tough. I loved her dearly. Yes, my first Thanksgiving and Christmas had it's blue moments. I also had an incredibly blessed Christmas,too, with those that are still here Besides, excuses will not change my body! Hard work(TT workouts), dedication, and solid nutrition will!

I need to refocus and move forward.

I need to get pictures on Wednesday or Saturday. The newspaper comes out on Wed and Sunday (but it is delivered Sat afternoon.)

I am starting this thread today but it won't be official until tomorrow or Saturday.

Yesterday, I got in workout A from TT for Extreme Fat Loss. Love it. Short and sweet!

I know I can do it! And will! 2016 is my year. The trip to Denver would be a great bonus
It's less about money and more about my health and my family that counts on me. They look up to me and I need to make them proud.

I just finished workout B of TT for Extreme Fat loss!
A was short and sweet but B must be for Brutal lol.
Laura is helping to hold me accountable. It was a great workout. I am pushing Laura to lift heavier as well.She's great. A new CTT with a huge heart and a great encourager as well. It's great to have her on board at Transformation Time Fitness.

I am encouraging her to get on the forums.She is encouraging me on my workouts.
I had been procrastinating on getting my husband to take the pictures (with him working 2nd shift timing was an issue) so I finally had Laura take them this morning. And we got in our workout together this morning, too!

It's gonna be a great year!
