I never did go away from the Workouts or TT 13. My membership lapsed and i just renewed. My workouts have been on for years now pretty religiously it's the diet that needs help. I did WO A from TT Mass at home yesterday and here is what it was:

1a-DB Chest Press 70, 75,80lbs x 6 reps
1b- Pullups 10,9 8

2a-DB Incline Press 50,55,60lbs x 10
2b Chest Supported DB ROW 50,55,60lbs x 10

3a- DB CHEST FLY 30, 35, 40 X 10
3b- DB Rear Delt raises 15,17.5,20lbs x 10

I Can feel the upper body burn today and love this feeling. I will do YOGA tonight and stretch.

Default Day 59 of 84

Did Workout A and B of TT Mass @ Home on Monday/ Tuesday this week as I can't get in today. I will do Workout C on Thursday and will do some serious Cardio ie Spin Class and yoga on Friday and Saturday. I think I will do one more week of this workout and then switch to my final Wo over the last 4 weeks and do a tough one. My eating has been much better than usual and I have not weighed in recently but think I am around 204. I would like to get to atleast 200 lbs so I may do less MASS and more cardio type workout over the last 4 weeks. I hope everyone is giving it there all!

Took off Wednesday and back to it today with TT MASS @ HOME WO C. Here it is:

Warmups

DB CHEST PRESS 65,70,75 X 3
PULLUPS 10,9,8

DB INCINE PRESS 50,55,60 X 8
DB INCLINE SUPPORT ROW 50,55,60 X 8

DB CHEST FLY 35,37.5,40 X 12
DB LATERAL RAISE 17.5,20,20 X 10

ALSO DID THE FOLLOWING FINISHERS

BICYCLE SITUPS 30
LEG RAISES 20
PLANK 30 SEC
SIDE PLANK 20 SEC EACH
HIP EXT ON BALL 15
LOWER BACK RAISE 10

WENT THROUGH TWICE.

Thanks Lesa. I had a few great workouts this weekend. On Saturday I did a great 1 hour hike/run at Torrey Pines in La Jolla. I then went to the pool and swam a quarter mile. I am just starting to get back into swimming and I love the feeling of exercise in the water. Today I did Wo B of TT MASS @ home....

Db split Sq 30,35,40 x8
Plank on Ball - 45 sec x3

Db bulg split sq 20,25 x 8
ball leg curl 15x3

Db Reverse Lunge 35,40,42.5 x 8
Ball crunch with med ball 15 x3

Db calf raises 20,25,30 x 10

Finished with some long stretches and some additional leg raises.

Default TT 13 ----Two Weeks left

Alright I have two weeks left and as usual I am prepared for the finish and need to Finish Strong with Workouts and diet. I may fast these last two weeks two days per week, but have noticed a thinner more lean me the last week. It can sneak up on you sometimes when you are training and eating good. One day your like when is it going to come off and the next day it appears off?

Yesterday did WO C of TT mass @ home WO a little modified with intervals:

Wo - with extra foam rolling and stretching as my hips have been sore

1a- Chinups 12, 10, 9
1b- DB step Ups 30,35,40lbs x 10 each leg

2a- DB Close grip press 70,75,80 lbs x 6
2b- DB 1 arm Sh Press 35,40,45 x 8

3a- DB 1 arm Curl 30,35,40 x 10
3b- Overhead Tri ext 25,30,32.5 x 8

4a DB Hammer curls 30,35,40 x 8
4b DB lying tri ext 25,30,35 x 8

Finished with some ab Bike Crunches and leg raisies

Today did interval cardio and big stretch routine...I used the Row machine for cardio and did 500m As fast as possible and rested a minute x 6. Finished with some creative ab exercises and planks.

Ive come down witha virus and not worked out since last Friday. I am hoping by this Friday to be back and give it one more solid week of TT workouts and clean eating to finish. Been drinking alot of greens and liquids. Frustrated!

Came back to Workouts yeasterday after 4 days off with a little viral something....you were right Rob. I was thinking yesterday and not for the first time BTW how for me being a part of the TT contest is accountablity and just staying fit with slight improvements. Once you've lost most of the weight you still have to maintain or it slowly will come back and I like being as fit and healthy as I can be. So for the last two weeks I will do TT Metabolic Finishers and I did WO A yesterday...here it is

Warm ups and foam roll:

1a- BB Squat 135, 175,185 x8
b- Pull up 10, 9 ,8

2a- Bench Press 145, 185,205 x8
b- Machine leg curl 70,70, 90 lbs x 10

Finisher A
Burpees 15
Goblet 20
Split Shuffle - 20 each leg
KB Swing 15

went through twice as I was winded
