Default TC 13- Staying Fit

Hello TTer's. I am back for TC13 and like many post I have read I entered many TT contest only to lack the proper nutritional discipline to finish. My short term goal is to get to 6 weeks and from there hopefully I will have the momentum to finish. I am excited to start as I am at the point of wanting this really bad and for me that is the mindset I need to eat clean which is my biggest hurdle. I have been doing TT for 4 years now and have stuck to the workouts. But you can't out train a bad diet and that has been my issue because boy have I tried. I am currently in my 2nd week of the TT2k12 End of... and I always like doing the newest workouts so that will most likely be my workouts of choice. I look forward to getting to meet via the chat rooms all of you and thank you for looking in on me!!!

Beginning Stats:

6'2
210 lbs
36 inch waist

Pics to follow...

Goals:

195lbs
34 inch waist
lose fat ....keep muscle tone

Todays WO:

warm up- Foam roll, bird dog, pris sq, Push ups, band pulls, leg swings, chest stretch, psoasis stretch

1a-Low box jumps-10 x3
b- DB Split Sq- 10 x3 per side 35,40,45 lbs
c- MB Chop - 12 x 3 side 12 lb ball
d- x body MC 10 x 3 side

2a-CS Goblet Sq- 20 x 3 40,40,45lbs
b - NGS Row 12 x3
c- Spidy PU - 8 x3 per side

3a-Total Body ext- 30 sec x 3
b- RIP 30 sec x 3
c- JJ 60 sec x 3

Thanks Craig,

I had a few great workouts this weekend and food was ok but not great. I did workout B and C from 2k12 and also did a Stretch/ Yoga class on Monday with some interval training. This week is diet focused and no eating after 7:30pm. Today is an off day and tomorrow will start a new TT program.

I am going to switch my workouts a I was doing 2k12 and just finished my 4th week. I feel as though I need to lighten the weights and fit in more cardio so I will do the TT bodyweight Cardio 4-hundred for atleast the next two weeks and then see where I am. I usually only do 3 weeks with a routine and then switch however 2k12 was good so I did 4 weeks. Today I did :

WO x 2

WO A - which was a killer cardio Workout!

1a-vertical Jumps - 6
B-pull Up - 10
C- Pike Pu - 10

2a-burpees - 10
B- Split Shuffle - 50
C- Elevated Pu - 30
D- Pris Diag Lunge - 30
E- Ball Rollout - 30

3a- Bw Squat - 20
B- Ball Leg Curl - 20
C- Bw Row - 15
D- Ball Jk 20
E - R.i.p - 60 Sec

I Am Liking This Workout As I Feel They Are Getting My Heartrate Up And Taking Some Bulk Off.

Need To Refocus On Eating Well!!!!!

Whoops. I did yesterday's WO and only went through once! I was noticing it felp ligght. Well I did a big stretch class after so that heps. I will do according to progrma next week. I did a spin class this morning and it felt nice to just sweat it out! I will do WO C tomorrow and take Sunday off and fast. Weekend time

Nutrition is definitely the toughest part for me. I try to take baby steps to make it easier.

Well I did WO C in the Bodyweight 400 over the weekend and finished in 25 minutes. Pretty good but I could have done a few minutes faster. Next time. I also did some stretching and walking and ate ok. I have noticed being slightly slimmer not lifting weights so I think I will do this workout for 4 weeks to slim down and try to fast twice a week. I did my first fast on Saturday night 7pm to Sunday at 5:30 pm. It went well but i did have some coffee and cream on Sunday AM. I will try again on Thursday.

Yesterday I did workout A and today did workout B and will do cardio tomorrow. I hope everyone is doing well!!!!!

Default I'm Back

Well my membership expired and I just renewed but I have been doing my workouts and really doing good on nutrition. I am just starting to see some results as my eating the first 5 weeks was not great. I just started a new TT workout TT Mass at Home Wo

Here was Monday and Today

Monday Feb 13- WO A

DB Chest Press 65, 70, 75 lbs x 6
Pullups 10, 8 ,7

DB Incline Press 45, 50,55 x 10
DB Chest Suported Rows 45, 50, 55 x 8

DB Chest Fly 25,30,35 x 12
DB lateral raise 15,17.5,20 x 10

Did some Side Planks and planks x 3

02/15/2012- WO B

DB Split Sq 35,40,40 x 8
Plank on Ball- 45 sec x 3

DB RDL 40,40,45 x8
DB BULG SQ - BW 15x3

DB Reverse Lunge 25, 30 x 10
Ball ab crunch with med ball 15 x 3

DB Single leg Raise 20, 25, 27.5 x 15

Ok. I guess I may have missed my 6 week mark. I may still have time and I will check the newspaper shot today and take pics anyhow tonight. I think Im down 4 pounds to 205 as of Sunday. I have been doing the TT workouts and did WO C yesterday. My eating has been pretty good and I had a great THai stretch on Sunday as well. It really helped as my hips are real tight and sore. WO C From Yeasterday

Warm Up- Foam Roll, Bird Dogs, CG PU, Pr Lunge, Stretch shoulder, psosis, chest, leb swings

1a- Chinups 12, 10, 8
b- DB Step Ups 25, 27.5, 30 x 8 each leg

2a-DB CG Press 60-65-65 x 8
2b-Shoulder Press 32.5 35, 40 x 10

3a- One arm DB Curl 30, 32.5 , 35 x 10
3b - Tricep Ext 25, 27.5, 30 x 10

4a Hammer curls- 30, 32.5, 35 x 10
4b- Dips 12x3

Today will do Yoga class and April 1 is 84 days so I am beyond 6 weeks...bummer
