Default Julio is in again

for the 12th contest we didn't perform as we expected, but here we are once again for the 13rd contest.

Me and my siblings are entering to the contest and we want to be in the finalists as one of our goals for 2012

Yesterday was our first workout, we are going to shoot for the Bodyweight Cardio 400 for the first 4 weeks, we started with 30 seconds instead of the whole minute

today woke up early to do some shadow boxing and some rope jumping, want to improve my cardio for this year

nutrition is still complicated this last week hehehehe

Didn't post since last year hehehehe, been a little busy this days

We are doing the Bodyweight Cardio 400 or something like that is a though one but makes you feel that you are working your ass off, that's my stile of workout

Nutrition has been not as I expected, need to go back to the discipline I had in the past now I only rely on my weekly fasts or semi fasts that I perform during the week

anyway I feel like I'm doing great and just to let you know, finishing in the top 3 of the contest is one of my goals for this year

Long time without posting I guess I.m really concentrated in my goal, hehehhehe

As an update, I'm doing the BW cardio 2 with some modifications for my brothers to make it "easier"

For diet I'm keeping it simple 1 IF a week is helping me to maintain my weight but is helping me to lose some inches, I'm not a really fat guy since the beginning of 2012 my weight has been 174 lbs sometimes it goes way below when I'm fasting.

This week I;m on vacation and my plan is to do a 2 day fast, 48 hrs without food I like to do that not only for the fat loss but when I do that kind of fast I feel with lots of energy, thats a regular practice I've been doing for 2 years, let's see how it feels this year I'll let you know

That's my update I'll try to post more often

Today did B of BW cardio 2, awesome program and a killer one, just did 2 circuits because my legs were burning really nice

did the workout with my brother, he is still losing weight unfortunately he won't be able to enter the 13th contest, anyhow, he took the before picture and he'll send the after pictures just to show to the world the benefits of TT

My sisters are still on track, neither of them will participate in the contest but also took the before pictures, same situation as my brother

Latest news regarding my weight, I'm down to 169 and looking more lean. I guess I have never been this lean in the 3 years I've been doing turbulence training

Fasting is my nutritional strategy for the contest I'm still enjoying pizza and hot dogs hheheheh and as long as I like the way my body looks I will continue enjoying those foods

Workout A of March Madness is a killer one! just did 1 round of each circuit

April 7 is approaching I'm going for the 1st place! Need to change my nutritional strategy

My legs are burning really bad, 5 minute of squats are no good

Still struggling with march madness, the 5 minutes squats feel great!

Actually not, but feels good to take my body to the limit, like that sensation

My nutrition needs some discipline, specially this last weeks of the contest still have 4 lbs to loose to reach my goal

I'll be more disciplined this last phase of the contest
