Default The leap of Faith..

Hi Everyone.. I'm thinking I'd like to go for this contest...how motivating. The only problem I have..well maybe I should say challenge...is for 3 weeks of Jan I'll be visiting my family in Australia. Maybe dedicating myself to this contest will motivate me to keep working out and eating healthy portions..which I might say will be a challenge to have a big bowl of prawns sitting there and a nice beer to go with it... ( : I think it's the right time of life to do this.

Yeah go for it! It will be nice and sunny in Australia so you can work out on the beach

Yeh come and join in. You can do it. I have my sister over from Oz in 5 days. Its so cold here. Enjoy the sun in January. I would love a dose of sunshine!

try using the TT 4 week body weight program while you are traveling. It can be done anywhere, and will give you a great workout....

So tomorrow is my official start day. I've been spending the last few weeks thinking alot about what we are all doing and there's no looking back is there. I want to be fitter, stronger, healthier, have more knowledge of my body and what it needs nutrition wise and how to listen wisely to its needs. Being under the guidance of CB of following the TT programs and hearing about all the success of others is so very inspiring.

I'm going to start with 4 week bodyweight programe to get me into the swing since I'll be traveling the week after.

Yay for us.. I hope we can all inspire others to choose a healthy path!

Good luck with your transformation, I hope it goes great for you! I've been really surprised how much for forums have helped and just how nice everyone is. Looking forward to seeing your progress.
