Ha, Coke Zero had you too, huh? Glad to hear you are joining me in an exodus from the fan club. Good challenges. Looking forward to your results.

1 week in and I am successful in not having coke zero/diet pop - i still like the carbonated feeling drink - probably more than the pop, on occasion when I really want a coke zero I have switched to Sparking Water such as Perrier or San Benedetto.

For this week, I am going add no credit card use. Will be tough especially if I order stuff online, but with awareness comes better money management and there is nothing I must buy online this week.

Took my pictures yesterday or day before, and I was looking back at my measurements since 2013 and well even 2010, and Boy have I got a lot of work to do. Baby steps.

So far this week, no credit card use, lots of debit, AND no coke zero or diet pop. Next week I will add in not eating in car and focus on those 3. Not necessarily the no credit card use, I did that more to see if I can do it.

Great progress. And with progress comes momentum. Momentum leads to action. Action to progress. And the virtuous cycle grows.

Added the gratitude journal to my morning routine. I just found I tried it a few years stopped and started. The morning I know I can get it done.

Mini challenges - still no pop/diet pop/coke zero. 3 weeks in I think?

Good, stay positive. Be more upbeat. Be optimistic. You are making progress. Celebrate that.
