So tomorrow is my official start day. I've been spending the last few weeks thinking alot about what we are all doing and there's no looking back is there. I want to be fitter, stronger, healthier, have more knowledge of my body and what it needs nutrition wise and how to listen wisely to its needs. Being under the guidance of CB of following the TT programs and hearing about all the success of others is so very inspiring.

I'm going to start with 4 week bodyweight programe to get me into the swing since I'll be traveling the week after.

Yay for us.. I hope we can all inspire others to choose a healthy path!

I started Bodyweight Cardio 3. Yesterday was the first workout. Since I'd had a cold in the previous week I only did 2 curcuits but whoa... feelin it!!

Food wise was a little extra challenge because after I did the workout I just felt like eating heaps.. I'd had a cold over Christmas and didn't feel like eating much so I did listen to my body and ate more than usual but made sure it was healthy.

I'm looking forward to the next Bodyweight Cardio workout tomorrow.

I took all my before pics too which ended up taking most of the morning!! I think someone mentioned that you take 100 pics to find 1 good one.. *relate*

I'm also doing workout B tomorrow morning I did BW Cardio 3 in July 2010 and this workout is the shortest, but also the hardest One minute of exercise takes forever, but one minute of rest is over before you blink

I look forward to reading your thoughts about BW cardio 3...I am planning that to be my last workout of the contest because I have possibly some travel in the weeks near the end...plus it looks brutal and like it would just INCINERATE your fat LOL!

I really want to crack the nutrition nut. It seems so simple in theory. I feel if I can crack this nut, everything else will follow suit.. mmm...

Default 28 hours of airline travel..yikes

Well this will be the biggest challenge for me I think.. I have to keep my nutrition on track as best as I can. I have 28 hours from point A to point B of airline travel. I'm going to take some raw nuts and some dried fruits. If anyone has suggestions that would be great.

I'm enjoying BW cardio 3. It will a great travel workout.

Totally simple in theory. The mind is the main issue. And body-autopilot doesn't help, either. Good luck with it - nutrition will be key for me this contest also.
