I want to do the TC7 and don't know how to register, please help.

So, here am I about to post a picture of me in a public forum confident that in 12 weeks time there will be a change. Pic will have to wait till tomorrow, it is too big I will have to shrink it.

I have about 12kgs/26lbs to lose, but, as you can see for me this is about body shape and posture, so to the stats.

Weight 160/73kgs
Bust 42/107cm
Waist 34/86cm
Hips 43/109.cm

18/1/2010
Weight 73kg
Bust 107
Hips 108

So lost 1cm from hips. It's a start. Have been good with food and exercise.

Hi Again, did the Beginners workout A from TT for Fat Loss, plus 6 minutes on bike before, and 3 minutes on Eliptical machine. Am planning to use Zumba for my intervals cos I can't stand riding a stationary bike, I could do treadmill but its too boring. Too hot outside also. Got to 35c today is still 31.4c, but at least I am moving.

Went for 20min walk on treadmill, slow, fast,faster in cycles. Hope that is what intervils means.

That looks good compared to how I looked 4 months ago. Belly is a funny shape because of a scar, but I'll get that fixed when I lose the fat and firm up the muscles.

Very hard to get moving with the temp around 41C/105.8 in the shade but I did it and got to the gym. Did beginners day 1 and went on treadmill for 12 minutes of interval.

Workouts not translating to cm lost yet but I am lifting heavier weights and the bodyweight exercises are much easier to do. I am doing a couple of full pushups, not good form though but if I don't try I won't improve.
