Yesterday night had another apple and a hardboiled egg

late at night, ate cashews out of the bag like people eating too many potato chips. Had way too many cashews. bad...I was hungry and then feared I would be really hungry cuz today I have the cleanse again.

Anyways, so:

Cleanse day again with Isagenix; had a massage

Ok, I need to 'fess up.

Sunday, Feb 7 was disastrous. just kept eating after I had my planned breakfast and lunch. Miserable stomachache lasted through Monday midday.

Monday was isagenix/hard boiled egg cleanse thingy. Started the Mini bodyweight circuits for a lighter week tapering to a 5 k race Saturday... and ran 30 min. then midnight - nuts.

Tuesday, Feb. 9 - ran 30 min., ate the 3 meals like other days, but then midnight snacks killed me again.

Wed. - mini bodyweight circuit, 2 mile jog. isagenix with hard boiled eggs throughout the day again. Salsa dancing at night somewhat fun, but I still just was in such a low mood all week. midnight eating again - oatmeal, yams, nuts - easiest food to eat fast...

thursday - easy strides. ate the 3 meals per usual. then midnight disaster again. just couldn't get out of the rut.

Fri - miserable stomachache. more nuts and sickness. rest day.

Sat - 5 k was cancelled (found that out earlier in the week). ran a trail run about 5 miles. not so good/ not so bad, but the course had so much steep uphill climbs! wow. then did mini bodyweight circuit later that evening. better on the eating, but decided no more nuts! no more nuts.

Sun. - not too bad on eating. typicaly 2 eggs, 2 slices toast, jam for breakfast but some butter and coconut oil with it. Lunch was deli turkey meat, about 25 g protein, lots of lettuce, salsa/garlic -interesting but yummy combo with oregano, thyme, olive oil together as dressing. carrot. rice and a little risotto. snacked on apple, pineapple, guacamole with a large carrot. not too much. then dinner was chicken, rice, lettuce, zucchini. not bad. did a little walking, nothing really exercise related.

so now I'm feeling more like getting back in the groove. I totally blew all my goals last week. Not posting on the forums, not reading/writing goals every day, etc., etc.... so I'm going to start reading/writing goals again, focus on them, and eat my planned meals and water, etc.

Ok, this is bad _ ihaven't been on in a while. I did 3 weeks of tt hardcore fat loss - that was hard. now i'm on buff dudes/hot chicks, which is hard and i like it. but i need to work out the other days - the plan was to run. I was lazy. so today I went hiking.
eating and other goals have not been followed, sadly, so I'm going to try to pick it back up, but I've got a lot going on right now

i was feeling really low for a while. I did the TT workouts MWF but really haven't been running much. hiked some on the weekends, but eating wasn't managed well. So I started going to another doctor today and hope that will help. I think I actually gained weight so I won't be entering this contest.
