Hey there, thanks for stopping by my thread. WSFL is an e-book just like TT is. I had to buy it separately from TT.

I saw that you live in San Diego. My husband and I were there last December. The weather is just so nice over there. We want to end up living there in the future.

Looks like you just finished BDHC. I love that workout which is why I'm doing it again the second time. Have fun with the new workout!

Hi acmulv,
Sounds like the training is going well and keep up the great work. What is the next workout you are going to do?

Hi jamie,

Thank you and I just started Bodyweight Bodybuilder program. It was different and I want to reduce the heavy weights I have been doing and focus on diet with more of a cardio workout which I hope this is. How about you?

I am doing TT2K9 and loving it. I like the fact that it is upper body focused one day, lower body the next, then total body circuits the last. Not too sure what I am going to be doing for the next blocks though.

Have a great one!

Looks like you are doing really great. Can't wait to see what I'm doing at day 20. I'm at day 7 today. I like the looks of your workout you are doing now. Keep it up.

Got back yesterday from Mammoth mountain in California and the skiing/snowboarding was great. My kids are both officially skiers and it is awesome to have a hobby with them! Did not do any TT exercises on Monday as I was sking but did do workout A from Bodybuilding Bodyweight yesterday. Felt good and I only went through it twice as I was pretty sore in my legs from four days on the mountain. My weight is down slightly so that is good. I am going to a more low carb diet over the next month to see if it will help my blood sugars. I recently read a book called The Diabetes Solution by Dr Bernstein and Iam going to give it a try. We will see.....Here is yesterdays workout and todays food log.

Warmups

1a- Pullups 12,10,9
1b- Bulg Spl Sq 12,12 per leg

2a- Jumps 12,12
2b- Reverse Lunge 20,20 per leg

3a- Dips 12,12,12
3b- 1 leg calf raise 15,12 per leg
3c- Ball Rollout 15,15,15

Finished with ball crunches 20x3

02/03/10 food log

breakfast- 1 1/2 cup egg whites, 2 Morningstar meatless sausages, coffee

snack- Larabar, Green tea

lunch- Salad with egg, chicken lots of veggies, NF Yogurt

snack- Apple, Cottage Cheese, Green tea

Dinner- Salad with Salmon 4oz, Walnuts, Cheese and lots of veggies in salad

about 1900 calories
