I believe that TT For Amazing Lower Abs is one of the hidden gems here on the website. It came out in 2008, and it has never had the same acclaim as BDHC and 2K3. I have always loved it though: especially the cable exercises.
Starting second week of ALAs and it is intense! Thanks for the suggestion.

Default 2 Weeks To Go

Hi All,

Checking in to share my plan. I'll be using my "Toggle System," until picture day: 4 Days LCHF, 3 days lower fat higher volume, repeat until the 24th.

I also use a 16 hour fast after 2pm to lean out during the work week. On the week-ends I have dinner with Van and Colin.

Training is 2 TT lifting days, 2 metabolic training sessions, plus easy enjoyable movement in the evenings. This is swimming and tossing the football with Colin, gardening, and training and playing with our Aussie dog, Dimitri.

Stay strong, and see you in the contest!

I went to take my photos this morning, but Mother Nature interfered. (Any more would be TMI) I didn't do my before until May 11th, so I will take them again on Monday morning. The scale, tape measure, and the body fat calculations look good: but the pictures.... not so much.

I think I need more light! Not giving up though, I promise to post and enter.

Default I did get results

Thanks for the thumbs up on the avatar Craig.

Update: I lost a few pounds and got back into the teens on my body fat, but...

Here's the deal. Bodyweight training is awesome, but I'm convinced that I need to push, pull, and lift some weight to get the fitness I'm after.

That's fine, as this is a permanent lifestyle for me. I made a commitment to enter so I'm going to get on getting that in.

I specialize in getting grown women into their 20's when it comes to body fat, but I'm discovering that we need different techniques to get truly defined physiques. Fine with me. I like lifting.

Thanks Maureen.

I'm taking it to the next level by re-focusing on lifting. The best advice I've read lately is to focus on the exercises I'm not good at. Pull ups here I come.
