Default The Transformation continues...

I'm in.
I have to get my hubby to take pictures later today.
I'll take measurements when I get back to the studio.

My starting point is down 5 pounds from last Monday. Maureen, Leslie and I are doing the hormone reset together. We started last Monday.
My biggest challenge will come Wednesday when I have to give up my caffeine.

Awesome! Good work on those 5 lbs! I only lost three as a direct result of the pancake incident over the weekend! Let's rock this!

Monday I got in my TT workout and rode my bike to the studio and home.
Did great on my meals. I even turned down my hubby's offer to go watch the Red Wings Game 6. I knew it was a trigger to have a drink so I let him go by himself.

Today is a yoga day(just the one I teach so not as relaxing). I didn't get in my 8 am yoga class at the yoga studio in town but I did take 10 minutes to meditate and pray this morning.
I also put in 11.5 miles on my bike today. I was happy to see the temperature over 50 degrees F.

Whew! Day 3 of no caffeine! I had to nap.
I did get in a short workout this morning.
A couple of warm up sets and this

Burpees
side plank L,R
Hip extensions feet on Stability ball x3

Burpees/plank
alternating 20/10 8 sets once

Goblet Squat/run in place
alternating 20/10 8 sets once

That's it short and sweet

I did ride my bike about 30 min as well. A beautiful day

I am only doing 2 TT workouts a week. I had mentioned in another thread I wasn't recovering as well lately. I have noticed it's not recovery in general it's my right arm.
When I spent 3 weeks fighting with no power steering in my truck! My legs are recovering fine a bit sore from the 25 miles on my bike this week plus th 2 TT workouts.

So I must baby my upper body training. My lungs and legs are fine! My arm is not in constant pain just tender and in more need of recovery. I can do push ups from my knees but not ready for toes yet on that right arm.

Thanks, Concetta

I was doing them on my toes before I hurt my arm. It did feel great to get back on the toes.

Today I got in an hour and 10 minutes on my bicycle. About 11 miles.
