Default I'm in - in a way

Ok

I am entering this, I am creating a 90 day challenge to increase my income. I might also enter the contest for the physical transformation but mine is a challenge to increase income.

Wil have more details this weekend when month end hits and I can see how much I've earned in last 4 months and goal is to double or do x amount.

Physical side I will take a pic and work on diet but the 90 day focus is on net income

tonight, I am meeting with mastermind group. I proposed the 90 day action plan. My goals will follow and a start date of May 1st.

From a physical side maybe to get as strong as I possibly can. GMLF 2.0 meatheads 5x5, bench press

Great stuff, what workout program are you using? I recommend a Meathead style training program to build muscle while sticking to a diet of real food, as you've been working on. You can do it. Stay prepared.

I am glad you said that, I was in the workout C of week 1 of meatheads 5x5 this morning and was thinking of switching to buff dudes to really shed any fat, but decided to do workout C.

Definitely will stick to the workout now, quite possibly for all 8 weeks.

No, you have to change every workout after 4 weeks.

Meathead 5x5 week 2 finished - week 1 of contest. I was amazed at how much more I thought I could deadlift on workout C after 2 weeks. For instance, in week 1 snatch grip deadlift was 95 pounds week 2 was 115 pounds and I really felt that I could add another 5-10 pounds but was being conservative.

Financial payday is 15 or so of month, so we shall see. 1 policy so for, 6 more to go. Some assets transferred in.
