Hi Craig! I just arrived in Brazil in will stay here for a couple of weeks. Will make an extra effort to share my journal everyday while in here, because there are temptations everywhere.

I have evolved a lot in terms of been more organized. But I don't know what to do when the lack of organization of my thesis adviser impair my work. And this happens quite a lot, because I make plans and always have to change in the last minute. Any tips on that would be really appreciated.

During the contest I'm trying to gain muscle and lose some fat. It might not be the best strategy to win, but it is getting me closer to my goals.

Get up earlier and start your day before anyone can interrupt you and stop you from getting the #1 big priority done in your life.

Hi Guys!

I'm following a ESE approach while in Brazil. So I am fasting twice a week, while not overeating on the other days and not stressing much about food either. And I lost 0,5 cm on the waist line. So far so good.
