Diet was quite bad the last two day. Had some sweets at home and once I started... you know the rest.

I know how that goes mate...I have a weakness for sweets too. I have finally managed to clean up my diet this week and been good since Monday afternoon. Happy belated birthday mate .

Happy belated birthday.
Keep pushing on your nutrition.
I know that is my weak spot...
It's all about mindset though, not willpower but true determination that you are changing for good!

Hi Craig and Shawn, thank you for the words of encouragement and for the BD wishes.
I'm more of an all or nothing when it comes to sweet and have to work harder on this to reach some balance.

Default So far, so good!

Hi Craig,

I am teaching this week, which means I'm pretty busy!

Last Friday I had pizza as a cheat meal, and since them my nutrition is really 100%.

After 4 weeks of contest, I lost 1 kg and 1.5 cm in my waistline. I'm pretty happy with this, given that lean gains are my goal.

I attached a pic I took this morning.

Thank you for checking in on me again.

No problem, keep on pushing on and stay organized. That is a key to success.
