Default Loving BDHC!!!

OK!!! 3rd week of BDHC, did work out B today. LOVE this program!!!!

Really seeing the changes now! Broke a plateau in that damn scale (tho I promise not to look at it again until next week!!!). Even my 5 year old told me last night how skinny and strong looking I was getting!!!! That made my night for sure!!! The reason I started with HWR was because last summer I'd play baseball and soccer with them and in the mid 190's at, 5'3" tall, 46 years old, I couldn't keep up with them without getting out of breath and feeling like a heart attack waiting! Now I have to be careful not to school them when we play sports and they can't keep up with me!!

Default Advice for next workout needed

SO one more week of BDHC! Planning on crushing it!!!

Figure I still have 10 pounds of stomach/love handle fat I want to scorch. Still mainly following One Day Diet, which works well for me and have added a few fast days which helped break plateau but I really find them difficult when I have demanding work days or the temptations on weekends!

Anybody have any suggestions on what program to do next??? TT Fat Loss Guru? Thermo Gauntlet? Metabolic Monster maybe even??? Or.......?????

I only have dumbells, no bench (use a ball for chest presses and stuff). Do have TRX.

I really like following along with video too, when reading Fat loss guru, i saw I'd need to change my tabata timer app on my phone a lot...

Thanks!!

Mark

Thermo-30 2.0 with the follow along vids, or Thermo-30 Gauntlet.

Great work!

Thanks Craig! I did Thermo 2.0 last month, ok to do it again? Curious why either over the Fat Loss Guru workout too! Thanks!

I didn't know you did it that recently, so no.

I want you to have an easy to follow program, preferably with videos, that's why I chose it.

Guru it is.

BDHC Week 4 done! Love that program!!!!

Saw some scale weight gain last two weeks. Definitely saw some muscle growth in chest/shoulders and back but don't feel my jeans fitting any similar which has been a bit frustrating. Probably because I found it difficult to control my evening hunger after my 12pm and 3pm shakes. Work schedule has changed where I get home later and not eating until 7:30. I still want to see my love handles shrink!

Thinking about staying with One Day Diet but add another feeding in there? Maybe shifting meals to 11am Shake, 2pm Cottage cheese/apple or something like that, 5pm Shake, 7:30 dinner...

And I keep looking at all the workout manuals (so many workouts!!!!!!). Gain Muscle Lose Fat seems to be calling me, so I'm considering that one (I think I like my new arms/shoulders and chest from BDHC!). But Fat Loss Guru and Thermo Gauntlet's look fun too! (SO many workouts so little time LOL! --- plenty of variety to keep me excited about continuing working out for the upcoming beach season!!!)

Any advice anyone?

Guru or Gain Muscle Lose Fat 2.0. Flip a coin?

And this is great:

Maybe shifting meals to 11am Shake, 2pm Cottage cheese/apple or something like that, 5pm Shake, 7:30 dinner...

Great to hear you've achieved some fantastic results doing BDHC. I'm about to start it this week ... and really looking forward to the challenge! Did you have a fave workout?

Congrats on all of your hard work.

Thanks LJShona!!!! I love and hate 1 and 1 /2 bulgarians that is for sure!!!!! I can feel those for 5 days!. BDHC was definitely my favorite so far. Liked all 3 workouts. Started Fat Loss Guru today... my first exercise without the video... I missed the video. Probably took me longer than it should have getting used to doing my own interval timer. It was a tough workout that is for sure! Have a great week!!!
