My foot is getting better & I hope to be able to do all of the workouts and exercises by next week...
I combined Meal 4 & 5 with a huge chicken and steak fajita salad with avocado and salsa for the dressing...

I didn't get in the extra Interval training, but I walked up and down 10 flights of stairs. My thighs are shredded...

I was wrong on my Body Fat%. I went and got calipered today before my workout and I'm sitting at 17.39% BF...

AGE 32
WEIGHT 246

1ST 2ND
CHEST 7 4
SUBSCAP 20 20
SUPRA 30 33
ABS 34 32
TRICEPS 15 14
THIGH 9 9
AXILLA 14 14

BF % 17.39
FAT WEIGHT 45
LEAN WEIGHT 201


I'm not going to let it get me down. Now I know I have to work a little bit harder and have more room to improve .

Default Day 4 Protein Day

Here are my eats for today Day 4 Protein Day.

Like I said I love this workout. I call it my "Park Workout" when I do it at home on the weekends, because I just love to do it outside...

Super set 6 times through:
25 BW Squats
20 Decline Push-ups (50% of your max)
10 Inverted Rows
24 Mount Climbers
10-15 quick kettlebell swings 12.5kg (I used kettlebells here, because I can sprint yet with my foot...

I did 5 min on the bike for the cool down and boy was I beat afterwards...

Just looked at your workouts and nutrition - I think you eat great and you should have tremendous results with the contest. Like your outdoor workouts too - giving me some good ideas and will have to try one of those. Good luck...

Default I Ate DOUGHNUTS & Still Lost Weight....

Today is my cheat day and boy has it been a good one...

I started off my day with a few doughnuts. I am a huge sweets guy, and I figured that if I got it out of the way first thing in the AM I would have all day to burn off those 500cals of sugar...

Once I got to work I ate my 3 egg/2 extra egg white omelet that had Fungus, cheese, (mushrooms) & red onions.

I worked out late AM like always (which was killer).
I weighed in @ 243 today at the gym and my goal is not to be over 243 after today. In other words I don't want my "Cheat" Days to make me gain weight. Two ways that I can do that are:

1 - Eat more calories, but make them count. If I carve something off plan I will go ahead and have some of that, but a small portion. The rest of the day I will eat more clean food than normal to get those extra calories.

2 - Try to burn those extra calories in my workouts. If my daily calorie intake to maintain is 2500, & when I'm on XFLD my intake is around 1500-1800. If I consume 3500 on my cheat days, I want to work off at the bear minimum 1000cals on that day.

I think I was able to do both today...

For todays workout I did day 1 of the TT Clash.

Superset 1:
It calls for DB split, but because of my foot I cannot bend my toes the way I need to.

1A)I used a DB step-up with knee raise. 8x2x40lbs
1B)Close Grip pushup, I did 30 & 25
1C)DB Rows, 25x2x40lbs

2A)Chin-ups 8x2
2B)DB Incline Press 8x2x50lbs
2C)SB Leg Curls 20x2

3A)Hang Leg Raise - 18 & 15
3B)SB Plank, 30 sec x 2
3C)SB Jackknife, 15x2

I added an extra Interval training to this workout...
2min warm, 6 intervals of 30 sec, 3min cooldown.

For lunch I had 2 4oz grilled chicken breast tacos, with cheese and salsa.

For my snack I had 2 more tacos with 3oz chicken each and salsa.

Dinner tonight will be one of my Fav's. Pho noodles with sea food extra spicy...
