Well done, Robyn!

By the way, I just discovered Skinny Cow ice cream in the supermarket - very nice and pretty low calories as well!
Thank you kindly dear. Which country do you live in again? Don't you just love those kind of discoveries. But in dreamily saying that, how much sugar does it have in the bucket,,, 'cause I can easily eat 1 - 2 litres in just one sitting

Thought I should just clarify/explain a couple of things that I wrote a couple of posts back.

Instead of cows milk, I do sometimes have goats milk and/or rice milk, if they are on special that is. The rice milk often is. Now there's rice milk, and there's nice rice milk The one that I love the best has chickpeas in it. It has very few ingredients in all, about 5 I think. Next time I get it I'll post what they are. It's seriously yummy, and if I had the choice between milks, it would be my #1 for taste.

Instead of using table salt, I use himalayan rock sea salt, which has around 80 trace minerals in it. It's a little pricey, but you don't need as much. And besides, it could very well prevent health issues instead of create them like the other main types of salt are reported to do,,, vege and herbal salt may be exceptions.

Vit B6 seems to work for me to stop/subside chocolate cravings, although I don't seem to rely on that now. However, it of course has other health benefits.

Cinnamon apparently helps balancde out your sugar levels, as does Chromium.

Cayenne pepper helps greatly with circulation.

These are just a couple of aides that I use. The Vit B6 and cinnamon may take a few weeks to kick in, but definately worth trying.

Same as you but in Melbourne. I bought it from Coles

This is the website: https://www.theskinnycow.com.au/home/index.aspx and it has the calorie content on the products page.

I wish we had this though: http://www.myarcticzero.com/nutritionfacts.php

That's too funny. i actaully work for coles in their disribution cente, and one of the things we pack is the milk. Although, is it fresh or long-life? We do the long life.

Hi Robyn,

That's funny! Not sure I understand your question though. The ice cream tastes great but I don't know what kind of milk they use in it.

what sold me was this in their FAQ:

Dear Skinny Cow,

You say your products are low in fat but does that mean you just pump a whole heap of sugar into them instead?

Sceptical, Hawthorn

Dear Sceptical,

My fabulous Ice Cream Cookies have just enough sugar in them to make them deliciously sweet without any artificial sweeteners. And my Sundae Cups and Sticks are “No sugar added" which means that only the naturally occurring sugar from dairy, called lactose, is present, as well natural fruit sugar in the fruit flavours, like my Strawberry Sundae.
