Hi Jollybeggar:

Yes, I guess that goal is aggressive - but I'm aiming high!! I am taking it slow with the knee this month, but I fully expect to go all out the last eight weeks. I think it will work out. Thanks for the support!!

Have a great day,

Hey Ion:

I had an arthroscopic procedure performed for a torn cartilage on March 29. I originally injured it in November; the knee felt like I was like walking around with a pebble in my shoe and I couldn't really exercise the way I wanted to, so I decided on the surgery. So far, so good!!

Hope your workouts are going well...I'll check your thread later. Are you in the contest?

Exercise:
-Warm up set from Big 5 Circuit

-2 sets of abdominal exercises (stability ball crunch w 10 lbs weight x 10, 10 medicine ball chops, 8 ab-wheel rollouts).

Nutrition:
7:30 am; 3 cubes pineapple; small handful raisins
9:00 am; 2 scrambled eggs, 4 almonds, scoop whey protein mixed w 8 oz. water; ˝ banana
Multivitamin, tsp fish oil
12:15 pm; mixed salad with grilled chicken and avocado, few mixed nuts,

Two pretty good days of nutrition to start off…I know CB does not like the SB crunch – not really sure why I included that one. Workout B of Big 5 Circuit tomorrow – looking forward to it!!

Hi, Kerry, glad you solved your problem! Hope you'll get better in no time!
About TC 11- yes, this is my second week in this contest and I'm using the 2K3 workout- one of my favourites haven't decided about the rest yet...

Hey Kerry

Looks like you are pretty close to my stats and goals. A bit of an age difference though.

I'll have to give some of your nutrition options a try. It's always difficult trying to think of what to eat.

Hi Kerry,

Good to see you back!

Do you have any hills nearby? Hill running is less impactive than sprinting on the flat but burns probably more calories. Just a thought given your knee issues.

Good work on the nutrition front! Looks like you are on the right track.
