Default 500 Pound Goal for TT Contest #11

Hey,

It's my goal to help TT Contest entrants to lose over 500 lbs of fat total in this contest.

That's 50 people losing 10 pounds, or 100 people averaging 5 pounds.

I know we can do this.

So if there's any way you can to help, by convincing a friend or family member to join the contest, it would be greatly, GREATLY appreciated.

I've never "counted" up the pounds before, but this time we're going for 500.

Let's do this,

Craig

PS - If you have any questions about helping, please let me know.

PPS - Maybe we can even hit 750 or 1000. Wouldn't that be great?

Sign me up for a 10lb fat loss. I'm aiming high on this one. I have 2 friends that want in on the contest too.

So far I'm only adding to it! Not purposefully though. I've added 3lbs since starting 2 weeks ago. Time to hunker down and get serious.

My wife said it's probably muscle gain. Not sure. Going to finish one more week of 2K3 with the addition 1 workout a week to make it 4 instead of 3 and the switch over to TT MRT.

Hi Craig,
I already enlisted my wife into the 12 week competition. She is a skinny fat similar to myself. I started the contest at 198 lbs and I am already down to 192.7 lbs. I am excited about the possibility of reaching my 12 week goals at the 6 week mark. I hope to get down 185 lbs with a 36 inch waist. I started with a 38 inch waist. I am using a cheat method that is working like magic. Hope that we can help you reach your goals as well.
