Default There's Nothing You Can Do That Can't Be Done - It's Easy!

Well, I'm officially throwing myself into TC11. I can't describe how excited I am and how much I'm looking forward to my coming transformation with all of you.

I plan on focusing on diet, but not obsessing - as I typically do. I eat pretty clean as it is so it's gonna be about dialing in calories and hitting these workouts hard.

I guess I'll keep updating my workout journal until May 1st and then officially migrate over here full time.

Best of luck to everyone!!

Thanks a lot for the encouragement, Gerry!

I'm totally planning on obsessing over my diet :-D
Love that we can all take the road to success that suits us, and all still get to the same place.

I hear ya, bro!

I have freshly made peanut butter in the cupboard that calls my name everyday. It's hard not to answer sometimes

Agreed! I never thought I'd get into the social aspect of this, but I find myself logged on several times a day. Synergy!!

Hehe. No joke. I made an Almond Bread loaf AND a jar of Cashew Butter last night...

I'll geek out for a second - I call the Almond bread Lamas bread (Lord of the Rings) because I swear a slice fills you up for days... Just another reason why I keep making it.

Here's the "original" recipe (though, Roman tweaked is a little)

http://www.romanfitnesssystems.com/b...n-almond-bread

And here's the thread from the TT forum. A few of us started modifying it.

http://forum.ttmembers.com/showthread.php?t=10242

I've been adding flax meal and a Tbs of Coconut oil.

Enjoy! And let me know what you think!
