Thanks guys! I finally feel better! That was the longest cold in the history of mankind...

Anyway, back to business. While I've not started yet, I'm going to start posting my food and exercise in a desperate bid to keep me on track. Belly is still bloated and weight scary, but before I was ill it was flat and I was nice and light! Ggrrr... must not get too frustrated

Anyhoo, got a couple more weeks of bodyweight for abs to finish up, then *touch wood* I'm off to L*s V***s... then I'll start the contest when I come back.

Right now I'm planning how I can get as much protein down my neck as poss. Just discovered spark people (I know, so behind the times) and am inputting numerous protein bar recipes so I know the cals/protein. Not going to count cals again, but just to give me an idea about the protein return for each recipe.

Enough waffling.

Food

Not the best start...

Fruit and greens smoothie
Raw hemp brownie (amazing!)
Raw protein bar (not so hot)
Chilli nuts (indulgence)
Pinto beans, sauteed courgette and mushroom, buckwheat sprouts
Cranberry juice
Rum and diet coke x 3 (woooops)
Hummus, chips and flat bread (woooooooooooops!)
Bean burger

Exercise

6 rounds of sun salutation
Stretch

So, I met a chum for bevvy. Ate a few chips... drank a few rums... oh well. It's sunny outside! Makes me want to be bad

Now, off to make my bean burgers. Will hopefully have time to get round everyone's threads later on

Bloody hell!!! Just looked out my window and there was a cat on the wall giving me actual daggers. A bit scared... just thought I'd share this.

Just saw your thread title for the first time. When I was in seventh grade, a group of mean girls told me I was shaped just like a sausage. Boy would I love to stand next to any of them now! Wait, I'm assuming that the goal of your operation is not to look like a sausage. Right? Have fun in L** V*****. I am envious.

What meanies

My goal is definitely not to look like a sausage. The opposite in fact, the anti-sausage. If I finish these twelve weeks looking completely unsausage like I'll be happy.

Can't believe they told you that- when I was in the sixth grade they used to tell me that I was hot-dog shaped, so still sausage related :-))))) Some even said they were going to eat me :-))) The truth is that I was overweight and eating TWO hotdogs during our 20 min break... Looks like there are some people with severe childhood sausage related trauma- but that's all going to change at the end of the contest!!
Here's to succes!!!
