I HAVE THE SNIFFLES!!!

My first cold in a whole year. Gutted. I was so proud of my record which I was putting down to a better diet. Urgh. Horrible day at work and now in bed with tea and cashew/oat/maple syrup mixed up into a big gloop. Veggie curry for tea later. It better cure me!

Bleurgh. Germs. AND my belly is bloated, I've missed dance and the gym. Bad times...

But still, onto more important matters... The Ears has selected Monday 30th of May for my start date, and I have no choice but to obey. Until then, I'll just post here in a sort of 'warmup' contest.*

I'll start posting once I feel better. I'd rather not share what I ate today

Day five of illness and I am also FIVE pounds heavier than this time last week. FIVE?!! *&^$%! FIVE!!!!!!!!!!!

Doh!

Grrr... really can't wait to feel better so I can get to the flippin' gym. Oh well. For now I'll sit and watch telly and wait for the report about the Duke of Edinburgh insulting someone.

Sorry you're feeling bad. At least you know that those five pounds are probably water weight/carb bloat and you'll be able to feel fab losing five pounds quickly, right?

After all, I'm sure you haven't overeaten by 17,500 calories!!!

Sorry to hear you're sick. I hope you get well soon. I'm right there with you - pulled a back muscle yesterday and had to work the rest of the day.


This just gives us more time to mentally prepare! Feel better!
