Your results were great in the last contest. I read your essay and remember being really impressed by what you achieved. The essays from TC9 inspired me to join this contest.

Thanks for the inspiration. Good luck on achieving your goals.

Thanks Gillian and Brittanie!

Josh I'm not really a Duke fan, I guess its a coincidence that I keep wearing those shorts in my photos. I'm more a Gophers fan but I don't follow basketball too closely.

Workout C today, its too cold to go outside so I won't be doing intervals today.

I woke up today before my lab and checked the weather channel, it read -29 degrees F. Its a real good thing I had the heat in my car fixed last weekend.

Jason-

your progress in TC9 was awesome. I'm curious to see more details about your workout to see how you progress in adding the 50lbs to your squats...good luck.

It got down to 12 degrees here... I guess that would be warm for all of you!

Thanks Adam it should be a grind but its one I'm up for.

Josh I would be happy with 12 degrees lol. I missed out on some outdoor puck this last week because of the bitter cold, its nice to be back above zero.

Workout A today was great, all weights going up on schedule. Going to play some pick up games of hockey tonight. Rest all day tomorrow.

I broke a fast this morning and its starting to feel more normal to me. It was like I had not fasted at all and that I was just waking up and beginning my day like normal. I'm starting to get used to it.

Workout c today. I made a mistake and played hockey before lifting today, not allowing enough rest between the two. My workout suffered a little but I finished it. My weight was 178.5 today so its staying the same as it should. I am noticing more veins and a little more ab definition so I think my plan is working. The workouts are beating me up and I need the weekend! I'm gonna jump in the jacuzzi for a while to relax the sore muscles.

My diet has been good, lots of 2% milk, fruit, and nuts. At meals is usually when I eat meat and veggies. I wouldn't call it bulking because its not, but I pretty much eat freely when I am hungry without regard to how much I am eating, just listening to my body basically. Its been great so far.

I find this is working for me too, I can eat as much as I want but when I listen to my body, I eat only as much as I need.

I did my workout yesterday and forgot to record it.

It was workout A, no hockey because of snow. All weights increased. Progress is slow, but I now have some nice striations going on in my deltoids, so there is progress.
