Default Results!

Ahh, the life of Turbulence Trainer....

So here is the reality,

I have found it easy to maintain my figure by teaching and adding some walking while maintaining my sugar free lifestyle.

The reality is that in order to get leaner and maintain or build muscle, I must get in the gym on my own!

A big thank you to Peter J. for the TT workouts he chose. When I was doing them the results came quickly.

I continue to learn and grow. Right now, it looks like my clients' results have taken priority over mine, but I'm going to learn to delegate more so that i get get in the gym a lift heavier 2 times per week.

Right now, 20 clients and I are doing a 6 Week Cheat Free Challenge and I'm testing my Little Black Dress Diet. I promise to let you guys in on the results.

Back to the Workout Journal for me, and see you on the boards.

Thank you Rob. TT simply works better than anything I've ever seen.

So proud of Jim, Janet, Phyliss, and Pam, and proud to be a Turbulence Trainer.

Thank you Concetta.

You know how the definition of crazy is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result?

Well, for the past 6 years my definition of crazy is finding what works... And Stopping!

Sometimes things fall apart, but now we know how to put them back together.
