Default food journal

hello everyone,

I am a new tt member and am participating in the 13th transformation contest.How can i begin a food journal? i will be posting my results on the forum weekly and look foward to my journey. hopefully with the help of your fine people i can achieve my ultimate goal.

If no one has contacted you with an answer, a food journal is easy. You can just create a thread like you just did for this post, and keep adding to it daily as you eat your food.

Many people track their food on a website. Free ones include sparkpeople.com and fitday.com
