Default Late updates 6 May 2012

All, I have been getting hot and heavy with this training, but due to my schedule I have not had access to the net to keep my stats listed until today. I had to keep a journal on the side with the things I have been doing. I have also gone out of the box on the rest days. I have gone 5 days straight, but will be taking the next two days off.
Here is what I have been doing:

6 May 2012: Well the journey has begun for me with the start of this contest. I am looking forward to my transformation as well as my wife is. See, before I left home a few months ago, I’m in the Marine Corps out in Afghanistan, my wife told me to not come home if I don’t “deliver” my belly. I told her I would try. I had to find something that I could do with minimal time, due to my schedule. I am a very active person, but everything I do I can’t seem to get rid of the excess belly fat. Plus, I need to stay fit to keep up with the 20 year olds as I am 41. Then I saw the TT workouts and have been trying it out. Very challenging to say the least! So, I started yesterday in the quest to meet my goal, “getting rid of the excess belly” not only for the wife, but for me as well!
The below is the workout that I did yesterday from the TT-Xtreme-Deeper-Depletion-2K12 in connection with Xtreme Fat Loss Diet program.
Adam
