I fasted for about 20 hours. I've fasted before with great success. What I'll do is eat my last meal on Sunday and than not eat until I return from work the following day. That sets me up for a 16 to 20 hour fast. It resets my hunger levels and my body seems to respond to it very well, body fat wise.

Sounds great, Marks Daily Apple did a series of articles on fasting and I'm working my way through them now.

I think i'll give intermittent fasting a try, will post the results.

Yesterday's workout: TT MRT 15 Minute Program, Workout B. I downloaded an app this morning called "Daily Tracker" so that I can start tracking and including what I'm eating in my posts. This ought to keep me accountable as well as push me to eat more balanced meals. Today's workout: 30 minutes walking. Next week I'll add some yoga and interval training into the mix on my off days.

It's good to see some other fans of Mark's Daily Apple. I discovered it in November last year. Paleo/primal eating and TT workouts seem to be the perfect combination.
