I had a good workout today, and yesterday I did some morning walking. I will do the morning walk again tomorrow.
I've been working on my omelet making skills and I am getting pretty good at it. I sautee some frozen veggie mix that has peppers, onions, green beans and broccoli and it goes perfect in the omelet. I'm sure there are a few people on this site that would cringe at eating frozen vegetables but I happen to like them. I like the variety and the shorter prep time. And I would not be putting vegetables in my omelet if there wasn't an easy convenient veggie medley to go in there lol. The only meal of the day that I typically did not eat vegetables was for breakfast, but that can now change.
After some measuring daily for a week or so I can confirm that my navel measurement did go down. Right now its at about 33-33.5, I began at 36. My weight is constantly hovering between 178-185. So far so good, I'm gaining lots of strength without gaining lots of weight, all while dropping some belly fat.
