Default I'll SEE it when I BELIEVE it!

I heard this today and knew it should be the title of my journal. They say that transformation starts on the inside first. Time for me to work on that aspect.
I'm not sure of my exact start date yet but I will update this then.

1/1/11!! HAPPY NEW YEAR!

I was going to start on Jan. 4th but I decided why wait? I made up my own TT work out this morning and am back from a little hiatus. Tomorrow I will take some pics, I took measurements today and here we go.

I am starting with the new TT 2K11. It looks great! Not sure what I will do after that but for the third month I want to do that 'evil thing'!

My stats are:
Weight 134.5
Waist 27 3/4 in.
Navel 32 in
Low ab bulge: 33 in
Hips: 38 in.
Thighs: 22 3/4 in.
Caliper measurement at iliac crest: 10 mm
Caliper measurement of low ab bulge: 24 mm


Tomorrow is my daughter's birthday. We are having tacos and cheesecake. This is why I was going to start Monday. However, starting today will keep me from over indulging.

Let's do this!! Train hard, eat clean everyone!

Hi Debbie,

I did the same thing - taking skin fold measurements in the same "lower ab bulge" area and I also took some around the hip bones (not sure where the iliac crest is) and it sounds like overall we have some of the same caliper and tape measurements. I'll be following your progress to see if I can gleam any pointers from you!

Good luck with your transformation! I've got lots of birthdays to navigate in the weeks of the contest, so hoping I work it into my diet too!

Since my pictures are here I figured I might as well post some goals:

1. Get rid of 8 lbs. of fat
2. Maintain or build muscle
3. Be able to do 2 consecutive chin-ups
4. Send in my after pics. Actually, take after pics then send them in!
5. Post more in other peoples journals for support.

Welcome Debbie! I looked a bit in your previous contest stuff and it is obvious you have worked hard, and it is great to see you here.

PS-----we actually have very simular before measurements, I thought that was TOO funny! You are officially inaugarated as a fellow member of my 8-10lb to lose club!
