Hi all,

Closing up on here and switching my thread to the workout journals section.

Good luck to everyone in the contest finale.

Thanks everyone for your support. I have appreciated everyone's encouragement and advice. I won't be posting an essay this time but the fact I'm still at it, plugging away to make progress is victory enough for me this time around. I feel I've learnt some valuable lessons from my mistakes that will serve me well for the upcoming contest, and for the future.
