Default Challenge # 84

Do the following superset 3 times, resting for 30 seconds between supersets.

Ab Wheel or Stability Ball Rollout (10)
Spiderman Climb (8/side)

Then, once you complete the third superset, rest for one minute and then perform a plank for as long as you can up to 2 minutes.

If you can't hold it for 2 minutes, try to beat your time the next time you do the plank.

This will test your core strength/endurance... and more importantly, help build a bullet-proof lower back.
