Well, my entry has been submitted and my membership runs out tomorrow, so I really hope I place in the top 3. This has really been a crazy ride, but I am sooooo happy with the results. I never thought I would get past my plateau...I haven't weighed this little since my sophomore year in high school! Most of all, I'm happy to finally be the example to my clients, family and friends that I should've been all along. Being a CPT and not being consistent with your workouts and diet is not a good thing. Thx to TT I can finally say that I walk the talk.

Thanks for all your kind words. I really worked hard, and it's good to see my results. There are days that you don't feel like what you are doing is working, or that the effort is worth it. But looking over your progress over the period of several weeks is really encouraging. One of the most motivating parts of the contest was looking back at my before pic and realized how far I had come.
