27th Transformation Checkin
Hi ya'll, just checking in and giving an update on my progression thus far:
Started my 27th Transformation journey with TT Big 5 Circuit Workouts. I found this workout in my file of exercises so I started with that. I did this workout for 4 weeks, just finished it on Friday. As follows:
Monday - Workout A
DB Squat - 12,10,8 - 25lbs
Decline Pushup - 12,10,8 - B/W
Inverted Row - 12,10,8 - B/W
DB Reverse Lunge - 12,10,8 - 20lbs
Stability Ball Jackknife - 12,10,8 - B/W
Finished with Interval Workout A
45 seconds @ hard pace then active rest for 90 seconds - Repeat for 6 intervals (Jumped Rope)
Did My Bikini Belly by Shawna Workout A - 20 minutes
Finished with Toned In Ten - Pilates Perfect Abs - 10 minutes
Wednesday - Workout B
1-Leg Squat - 12,10,8 - (2-10lbs)
DB Flat Chest Press - 12,10,8 - 20lbs
DB Row - 12,10,8 - 30 lbs
DB Bulgarian Split Squat - 12,10,8 - 15lbs
Ab Wheel Rollout - 12,10,8 - B/W
Finished with Interval Workout B
60 seconds @ hard pace then active rest for 90 seconds - Repeat for 6 Intervals
Ran In Place X 2, Skaters X 2, Jumping Jacks X 2
Did My Bikini Belly by Shawna - Workout B - 20 minutes
Then Toned in Ten - Pilates Perfect Abs
Finished with a 45 minute joy walk around neighborhood listening to my tunes.
Friday - Workout C (Big 5 Barbell Complex Circuit)-Used 45lb Barbell for all
Squat X 15
Push Press X 15
Barbell Bent-Over Roll X 15
Forward Lunge X 15
Mountain Climber X 15
Finished with Interval Total-Body Tabata (4 minutes X 2)
Mountain Climbers 20/10
Jump Rope 20/10
Saturday/Sunday Rest-Recovery days
Monday I will be starting another new TT Workout for 4 weeks - Plan on using TT Advanced - 2K3 for Mon, Wed & Friday. Plus on Tue and Thursday I will be adding in The Ultimate Leg, Butt, Hip & thigh makeover by Joey Atlas.
Staying positive and committed and looking forward to my next 4 weeks. Now onto teaking the diet.

great consistency, but you should add an extra off day on T or Th. You don't need to train so much. That's how nagging overuse injuries come up.

Hi Craig, Things are going well. I'm on my third week of TT-Intermediate and feeling strong. I'm weighing myself weekly just to keep track. I'm working on my food journal and trying to get it all in MyFitnessPal then I would like to show it to you for any advise you may have.
