Hey Francisman. Which workouts are you doing? How are things going with those?

Default Sold on this program

Now I'm sold on this program.

First, workout is short that I can do it on my lunchbreaks.

2nd. Feels good to do it, not easy, but feels good to look forward for tomorrow.

3rd. Not much complicated equipment needed.

4th. Weird but my vibe is up. Maybe because I'm consistent now with a program? Never felt this vibe before. I use to snap easily at work and when my baby cries, recently, I just say "bring it" , patience skyrocketed. Maybe since I follow the diet prescribed 3 weeks now? Dunno.

Oh, did I mention my waistline is now 35inches from 39 and my shoulders healthier?

I love this contest. Maybe not Cosmo-cover transformation but surprisingly I got more than physique.

This is fantastic! You have what's called, "TT Vibe", which I just made up as I typed it. Seriously - when you're active, recovering fine, and feeding your body better food, your vibe goes up. The keyword - consistency.

A huge congrats to your "vibe" and your progress. Exciting times!
