Small deviations in the last week...

Lots of plastic-bottled water unfortunately due to travel

Small amounts of aspartame in gum.

I suffer from really painful ear pressure changes when my flights land... sometimes chewing gum helps...

And other times absolutely nothing can relieve it...

It builds up and up and up ... extremely painful...

But then at about 3000 feet my right ear "farts" and the relief is about as close to ecstasy as you can get with your clothes on.

Seriously.

And that's probably more than you need to know!

I'm not sure how you can weave that into a talk about productivity, but that's a funny story. Also..they do sell aspartame free gym at whole foods. It's only $49.99

For the next 21 days I'm starting a new habit...

20 minutes of reading a book each day.

Right now I'm working on Conscious Living by Dr. Gay Hendricks.

Reading is going well. I shake my head at myself for not having done this sooner and more consistently. I've still read 20 books this year, but I've been inconsistent. Next year I'll hit 50+ again, finally.

I've been doing really well with the reading, and I started a new habit of making one Facebook video every day.

Check out today's here:
=> www.turbulencetrainingfanpage.com

One thing I'm struggling with is sleep. Time zones, travel, and Denver's mountain air seem to be messing with how long I can stay asleep.

Tonight I get back to Toronto and Eastern Standard Time, and I will average 7.5 hours per night until I return to Denver on November 28th.

Keep me accountable!

Thank you!

We just ended another 21-day Habit Challenge on FB.

Mine was to read for 20 minutes every day.

I missed one.

But it's a new habit.

I'm going to get through 50 books in 2017 thanks to this.

Glad to be back on track with my books.

And less reading online and magazines and newspapers.
