Default Peter J's Road Map To Becoming A Specimen

No surprises I'm giving the pro division a crack.

No wishy washy heart felt goals in this transformation competition. No sir. My goal is to get shredded. My 40th birthday looms in the very near future (12th of February) and I plan to look good.

I shall kick off proceedings on Monday the 30th of December.

That is all.

Okay I've had a look at the workouts and I think I've decided on two of them.

Meatheads Pump and Gain Muscle Lose Fat 2.0 and then maybe 2k14? I assume that will be out soon.

I did the meatheads pump. It was great!

Okay so I've locked in Meatheads Pump as my 1st workout for the competition. It looks like fun. I'm going to have to take if very easy on the 1st week though I think.

I've only done bodyweight for 3 months straight now and I think that I'm going to feel it big time.

Nutrition wise I'm not going to do anything crazy. Basically stick to TT Simple Nutrition guidelines and throw in the odd fast here and there.

Photos and measurements to be taken next Monday.

We've been doing "gain muscle lose fat" in the studio and it's awesome. Haven't picked my training yet- but it must have pull-ups. That's what I want to improve in 2014.
