Default Day 3

Good day today.

I'm still batching it so woke up and had the place to myself. I got busy doing some work on my business. The PT appointments are piling up already so I'm trying to get nice and organised.

Most of the sessions are free assessment for the gym at this stage. They provide me leads in the form of new members which I do assessments on and provide a workout program. I do this for free with the view to locking them down for PT.

Due to my busy schedule I seriously thinking about doing a bodyweight program or maybe Chris Lopez KB Revolution as I can do it at home or anywhere really in minimal time.

Time is definitely of the essence at the moment so I really need to find something that I can get in and get done within an hour. I'm going to book my workout time in and I can't afford to be hanging around the gym for an hour and half at a time right now.

I guess another great option would be TT 2.0.

Hmmmm.... there's a thought.

In other news my diet has been spot on and I've stayed well away from the booze this week. I'm already looking leaner than Monday's post binge photos. Energy level is also on the rise as is my positive outlook.

Now to get through this night shift.

Long day today.

Night shift last night. Slept a couple of hours this morning and then trained 3 people this afternoon/evening.

It's nearly 10pm now and I'm surviving on 2 hours sleep since Tuesday morning. Ready for a good nights sleep!

Two more assessments tomorrow and I've converted one of my assessments over to a paying customer! On Saturday I've got my 1st ever paid session at Balance which is really great.

Over and out. I'l update today's nutrition (which was sound) at some stage tomorrow when I get a chance.

Lots to do!

Thanks everyone!

My eyes are hanging out of my head this morning but I'm feeling good and ready to go again. 1st assessment at 9.30am!

In other news my leg has really settled down a bit which is great. All things going well I'll be able to start training again on Monday.

A quick mirror check this morning has revealed abs more akin to those that I had at the end of contest 17. Amazing what 5 days of healthy eating and alcohol avoidance can do for you!

Back later to update a couple of threads and to do some forum socialising.

Hooray for paying customers. Looking forward to reading about your client's results.

Indeed! Free assessments are all well and good but paying clients are better!

I've got a couple of live ones lining up. Hopefully I'll be getting paid more regularly very soon. TBA.

Quick update. I've been mega busy the last few days so not much time to post.

My diet has been good to great. I've been sticking to a fairly high fat, high protein diet and keeping carbs below 100g per day whilst I cannot exercise. This seems to be working quite well because I'm looking quite lean despite my lack of exercising. Goes to show diet is the most important factor.

My injury is healing slowly but surely. I'm pretty sure that I will be able to commence training again on Monday. Well put it this way, if there is a way to hit the gym on Monday I will find it!

Things seem to be going well.

Getting some interest to run some lunchtime bootcamps.

I think I just secured a client that wants to train 3 x per week for the next 6 + weeks.

Yee Haa!
