Default Workout Challenge # 9

This week's challenge - The "P, B and J" Finisher

Do the following circuit as many times as possible in 5 minutes. Rest when needed. Record your rounds/reps. The next time you do this finisher, try to beat your previous time.

Prisoner Squats (10)
Burpees (10)
Jumping Jacks (10)

Cool - thanks for the feedback Jim. Is it because it's timed or you like density-style? Just curious

Both of those reasons actually. That and I like Prisoner Squats and Burpees.

The other reason I like it is I can do all these exercises without aggravating my torn meniscus. Not the case for all jumping exercises, but for some reason I can do jumping jacks and seal jacks just fine. Side to side jumps and jump squats and jump lunges on the other hand are no-goes for me until I have the torn part removed.
