July 5.

Reccommended reps in ( ) - Up to 4 X
Went through it 5 times...added a few reps.

Prisoner Squat (15 reps)...16,16,16,16,20
Jumping Jack (30-60 reps)...60,60,60,60,70
Hyperextentions (12) (25# plate to chest)...15,15,15,15,20
T Push ups (8 reps per side)...11,11,11,11,12
2 Leg SB Curls (12)...15,15,15,15,20
Pushup Burpee (10)...10,11,11,11,13

All TT stretches and Band Pulls 15, 20.

Wow, this looked rough. I'm doing workout C today of Backyard which is similar but easier than this one. I'm looking forward to and dreading it at the same time.

You're my inspiration. I really enjoying following your thread. Thanks for being a good role model.

I do tend to overdo, however........I am working on that, too. Not as bad as I used to be, I dont think.......more is not always better, is the lesson I keep on trying to get a handle on! Thanks for stopping by...Rob

Fantastic effort RobB, not only are you doing added reps you're doing an additional circuit, well done.

You must be truly disciplined in your workouts, not settling for enough.

FRIDAY: Week #3 Day #5 TT FOR FAT LOSS JANUARY 2007 (A-B-A wk)
July 6.
WALKED TO GYM AND BACK...70 min's total. Just got back 815 am. 75 degrees and 95% humidity right now. Excessive heat warning for today...I love it!

WARMUP:

1 Arm DB Overhead squat (8 reps)...5# in overhead arm /10 in other...9,9
Stickups (10 reps)...12,12
Close-grip Pushup (10 reps)...12,12
Added Band Pulls (25 reps) for rotator cuffs...25,25

SPECIFIC WARMUP:
1 warmup set set for each excercise in the first superset @ 50% of weight (8reps)

1A) 35#DB's X 9 X 1
1B) 35#DB's X 9 X 1

TT WORKOUT A.*****
Recommended reps in ( ).

1A) BB or DB Squats (8,8,12)...70#DB's....9,9,8+8(grip issue)
1B) DB Incline Press (8,8,12)...50#DB's....11,12,14

2A) DB Row (8,8,12)....70#DB.....9,9,12
2B) 1 Leg bench squat (8,8,8)...9,9,9

3A) DB Swing (15,15,15)...40#KB....17,17,17
3B) Squat Thrust with pushup (10,10,10)...11,11,11

OTHER:
75 sec's SB Plank (1).
Band Pulls-25 / Shoulder stretches.....walk back home.......didn't add much today from what I did on Monday and did not do interval or ab workout today, since I walked and did a sorta nutbag version of the BW workout, yesterday....not an excuse...just the facts..LOL....

Rode bike to town and back today.

INTERVALS : Treadmill.

6 minute warmup- 4.0 mph/ Everything at 3.0% gd
(12) Intervals HARD 45 sec (8.5 mph) & EASY 45 sec (3.2mph)
5 min cooldown-min 30-35 (4.0 mph)
5 min - min 35-40 (3.6 mph)
Machine cooldown 40-42

TOTAL: 3.39 miles / 42:00 min / 455 cal's

25 Band Pulls & Pedal back home.
