The days without sugar was by far, the hardest, but much easier now......think a lot of it is about just acquiring new habits.......of which I am still working on a couple of others......one of which, eating after dinner (supper), which I have not been too good at...........

It will become easier with time, you'll go from missing sugar to wondering why you felt you needed it. It can be hard, sugary products are everywhere and i doubt they will go away.

I've been trying to stop snacking, or grazing. it's getting easier as I am becoming better at preparing/structuring my main meals. I think the fasting has helped too, an added option so i can choose not to eat rather than eat something which i shouldnt.

Best of luck

Good. I eat grapes or apples for a sweet tooth and chew sugarless gum. I dont have that yucky feeling in my mouth in the morning and I think I sleep better (which may be just in my head)....looks like you are doing well! Have fun at the summit. Think you were going? Rob
