![]() Hi all this is me putting my hat into the ring and taking up the challenge.
Two of my friends and I have are in week 3 of the intermediate programme but once the challenge came up I knew I had to enter and make a difference. Ill post my workouts and diet as I go long. On day 4 so far so good. Pumped to get this done. Good luck to everyone, look forward to seeing everyones progress. |

![]() Thanks for everyones support its very motivating.
Im following a carb cycling nutritional programme. A typical days eating looks like this - Meal 1(8AM) - 3 EGG OMLETTE WITH MUSHROOMS SMALL AMOUNT OF PINEAPPLE Meal 2 (10 am) - Protein shake 5 fish oil caps Meal 3 (12.30pm) Chicken/fish with Rice or couscous and veg Meal 4 (3pm) Protein shake 5 fish oil caps Meal 5 (6-7pm depending on kids bedtime) - chicken/fish or lean beef with small amount of pasta/rice/couscous in a small amount of sauce and a portion of veg for flavouring Meal 6 (bedtime) Protein shake and tablespoon of peanut butter Through the day I drink a gallon of water and a bottle of powerade zero during the workouts Weights coming off quite well but if it slows down Ill re-evaluate and change it up. Amounts vary depending on the amount of carbs I am allowed for the day. Calories are kept at just below 2000 per day as I weigh 109kgs down from 113 kgs in the past 3 weeks. |
