Default Changing for good

Hi all,

I’m officially in the 19th TT Transformation Contest. I am starting only today because I will be in Brazil from Feb 15 to Mar 25, and I thought it would be better to finish the contest when here in NL.
Below you can see my current measurements. I will take my before picture later today and post it here.

Weight (kg): 68,0
Weight (lbs): 149,8
Peso (kg) (academia):
Waist (navel) (cm): 77,0
Hip (cm): 91,00
Shoulder (cm): 116,0
Chest (cm): 96,0
Right Arm (flexed) (cm): 38,50
Right Thigh (cm): 56,50

My main goal is to keep adding lean mass without gaining fat. As of now, my diet is 80% in line and will cut sugar treats to bring it up to 90%-95%. And my plan, diet wise, is to fast once a week and to eat ~2.300 kcal on the other days. No cheat days, but a cheat meal once in a while. I was tempted to say that I would not log my foods on MyFitnessPal, but with so many sharks in this contest I must keep it tight if I want to beat them!

Today I start the week 2 of TT Meathead Pump. Not sure what will come next though. If I have access to weights while in Brazil, then I will do TT GMLF 2.0 and TT BW BodyBuilding 2.0 otherwise. The last four weeks will depend on my progress. I may either add a second fast day and do a fat loss oriented program, or stick to the plan and follow another meathead one.

That is it guys and gals. May the TT force be with me.

I love me some goulash! I haven't made one for a while. Not really summer food but you have given me an urge.

it was really delicious! Thursday is kind of our "soup day" during winter, even though we have soup on those summer nights that are alike southern winter! hehe

Default Thanks!

Thanks for the encouragement on my whine-fest. I appreciate it! Have a great weekend and Happy Birthday! I celebrated a birthday this week and didn't gain weight! That was all the present I needed. Have a great weekend and enjoy your 30's!
