Thanks! Workouts A and B down. Definitely taking me more like 50 minutes so far. Probably will be able to pick up the pace next week.

Question on workout C regarding the push up challenge!! Detail says this:

1) Snatch-Grip Deadlift – 60 seconds (2-1-1-0)
2) *2-Minute Pushup Test – 120 seconds (1-0-1-0)
3) Burpee-Pullup – 60 seconds
4) Punisher Squats – 20-10 x 4 rounds
5) TRX Bodysaw or Rocking Plank – 60 seconds
Rest 15 seconds between exercises. Rest 2 minutes between circuits. Repeat 2 more times for a total of 3 circuits.

BUT... the workout chart says this:

Snatch Grip Deadlift (60s)
TRX Jackknife (60s)
Burpee Pull-Up (60s)
Punisher Squats (20/10)
TRX Bodysaw (60s)

SO--- my question is: is the push up challenge just done 1x before the circuit?
And then is the circuit done 3x?

Also, confused by the title "7 minutes to Hate..." Thought at first this was only a 7 minute workout day when I read the title... but I'm OK with doing that circuit 3x! Just not sure I could lift my arms after 3 rounds of 2 minute push up challenges!

Thanks in advance for the clarification! Love TT! Look forward to joining Peter J. in 9 years+ of consistency!!!

Had me a yummy Chipoltle Ballantyne Bowl yesterday... I could become a regular at that joint! It tasted better than any cheat me I've had!

Looking forward to week two of Guru Fat Loss next week. Going to really push it now that I know the flow. I didn't notice the afterburn effect that I did with BDHC tho, where I was always "good sore but worked over" for days after the sessions.
Recovery was really tough for me after BDHC -- which I know is part of the process -- so I re-started on a supplement that I had previously used that had helped my joints.

The supp seems like it may have been helpful in recovery this week where soreness was definitely less and recovery easy. Even after 4 workout days and longer workouts! But... I will make sure to push extra hard next week to verify that!!!
