Default Time to exercise!

Hi! I am joining this Transformation Contest today.

My name is Markus, I am 24 years old. I started with climbing some
time ago and dropped it for a while, as I don't have a climbing partner
right now. This was my main excuse for not exercising. "I will get
a climbing partner soon... no need to do some workouts at home..."

So I had enough time to workout at least two month now! But my
excuses were too strong. Until this moment!

I want to gain more muscles over the next 12 weeks.

My actual weight: 65kg/143 lbs
My goal: 70kg/154 lbs

I think a plus of mucle mass of 5 kg is a little bit unrealistic over
this time, but I will see what is possible.

I will start with muscle building. After 7-8 weeks I will have a look
at my body fat. It's on a normal level right now, so I will just focus
on gaining muscle mass and strength right now.

Markus

As I just have the Basic Package and no gym next to me to use the normal TT program, I will base my workout on the Bodyweight Program based on 4 weeks.

It will not be as effective for the pure mass incresement, but therefore I will give my best to get everything out of every excercise. Every repetition needs to be strict and clear.

I hope this will work out. After the 4 weeks I will see, if I have to correct my workout plan.

Any suggestions?

Can you invest in some dumbbells for your home?

Bought some today.

So, I have choosen the TT 2.0 workout with some Homework Workout Revolution program at the end, maybe after some weeks. This weekend I will read through the Guides and prepare myself for the program, so that I can start with the TT 2.0 Beginner Workout on Monday.

Lost some days somehow, but I will get into it on monday.

I lost my continuity, the most important thing to make progress, two months ago, time to get back on track!

9/9/13 - TT 2.0 Beginner Workout A
Did my first workout today. The guided workout was a great motivation and fun!
I don't know if the workout was enough, I am feeling like there is more potential.
Have to wait until tomorrow, but I think it's better to start with a lower intensity
and going up until it just right.

Felt good after the workout, nice release of stress.

Great stuff. You might want to move to the Intermediate next week. Glad it was fun!

Thanks!

It seems to have an effect. Some muscle sorness today.
Doing some slacklining as low intensity workout today.
I will add some more weight to the dumbbells next time I am
doing the A workout and maybe changing to the intermediate
workout next week, as you suggested.
