Default Day 11

The past couple days have gone well. Nutrition has been OK. The scale has held pretty steady this week after losing a couple pounds last week.

Today's Workout

TT Metabolic Resistance Training, Workout B

Circuit:
DB Swings (15lbs) x 20
Spiderman pushups (BW) x 10 ea side
Box jump (BW) x 8
SB jackknife (BW) x 20
SB leg curl (BW) x 20
Grasshopper pushup (BW) x 10 ea side
Rear delt fly (8lbs ea) x 10
1-arm squat and press (10lbs) x 12 ea side
Spiderman climb (BW) x 15 ea side
BW squat x 15 sec
rest 1 min

I went through the circuit 3 times for a total time of 20:48.

Off to cook dinner now but I hope to be back later to catch up on threads!

Nice circuit Abby, you are back to your old self ..... I must get hot and start posting my workouts and nutrition...Doing great with both at the moment....

Great workout, I have that one printed off maybe to do next time, you are off to a flying start

3 times through is good going too, well done.

*Amount of weight assist from the cable machine

Superset #3
Chin Ups (3,2,1)
Assisted Dips (10,10,8)

DB High Pull (25lbs) x 6 ea
Lateral jump x 6 ea
Double DB front squat (25lbs ea) x 6
Pull up (1,1,1,1)
Turkish Get Ups x 5 ea
Piston Row (15lbs) x 12 ea
X-body Mt Climber x 10 ea
DB swing (15lbs) x 20
Triceps extension (15lbs ea) x 8
Biceps curl (15lbs) x 8
rest 1 min

Did 4 times through for a total time of 21:52.
