![]() I've had this gut feeling since January that if I can master my health, i'll master the business and it will take off.
Time to do that. Will enter and complete this contest. Feedback needed should I focus on Fat loss or Muscle. I belong to a chain gym in Canada, Goodlife so have access to pretty much everything. KB and TRX are almost always taken or used by trainers. I've let my diet slip completely since I placed second about 4 years ago. Below are some stats. Official stats will be done within the week. These are as of August 1st 5'6" 160lbs 34" hips 36" waist 37" chest bodyfat on tanita scale is 25% I just completed Meatheads 9 Spring Training. Awesome workout. I just started TT Transformation on Sunday. Should I continue this one? Based on those stats fat loss I believe should be emphasis or am I wrong, and if so which workout to go with understanding diet needs to change. I will be doing Biotrust's 3 week diet with my wife next week.

Use the TT Transformation program. Then use the TT Gold program after that (from earlier this year). Then we'll re-evaluate on the next program after that. And you have a great diet plan. Time to rock this transformation, physically and financially. Stay strong and push on, Craig

![]() Thank you. Week 1 of TT transformation complete. I did this about 5 years ago. I was in 1000 times better shape.
I couldn't complete the squat thrusts in the end on workout C. Pictures take tomorrow and begin the contest. along with 3 week diet. protein in place, meal planning beginning. Wife is on board with diet - using isagenix 30 day. But our diets are similar. Will look at supplements too.

official newspaper entry was Sept 5. Day 1 (yesterday) fast until dinner which was pork chops with green and yellow beans and coconut oil, and broccoli. Still hungry after so i made a small protein shake with water. Day 2 today is shakes day dinner is scheduled to be pork and beef meatballs with green beans, celery, sunflower butter, it's only 3 weeks this diet I can do it. started week 2 of TT Transformation
