13h00: 3 eggs in coconut oil, some cheese, big salad 18h00: 1 banana, protein shake, chocolate cake (post workout) 22h00: Squash risotto and chicken schinitzel Totals 2,233 cals 30.01.2015 9h00: protein shake (2 scoops) and generous slice of cake (finally my BD cake is over now!). Then fasted till next day. 31.01.2015 5h00: protein shake and 1 banana 12h00: 1 egg, 1 mozzarella and big salad 17h00: protein shake 21h00: we ordered Thai food hard to guess calories, but I think it was around 3,000 ----------- After 4 weeks, I lost 5.1 pounds and 1.4 inch from my waist. So far, so good. |

I am sorry for letting you down. I could not keep this thread up in the last two months. No apologies here. The truth is that keeping a food journal was no longer a priority when I have a newborn at home and I am rushing to finish my PhD. José is doing super well. He is 10 weeks old and quite active during the day. He refuses to take naps, but he sleeps quite well during the night (6 to 9 hours). I did TT for Meatheads 5 x 5 for 8 weeks and I currently am in the second week of TT for Reformed Meatheads. So, roughly speaking, I skipped 10 workouts. Some days I was ready to leave to the gym, but José started crying and I stayed with Ariane to help or I did some household stuff instead of going to the gym, and these kind of things. And I kept doing ESE, fasting twice a week in general. I did not reach my goals, but I am almost there. My current waistline is 30,5” (30” is the goal) while I still have to write only an Introduction and Conclusion to have a complete draft of my PhD thesis. I will keep the pace and expect to reach both goals before April 15. Below you can see my before and after pics. |
