TT Transformation Contest #22 I am in! I was thinking on waiting... But I have decided there is no reason to wait. Here at Transformation Time Fitness (TTF) the time is NOW! I have some running to do today. I have to get my lead boxes and fliers out. Today is a beautiful Michigan winter day. 43 degrees F and sunny! Shh, all you people in the southern states,people out west and other areas that are warmer...Don't burst my bubble lol It's unseasonably warm for here. So I will be posting my measurements later. I have to get pics and measurements. But I can do that after I get done getting stuff done for TTF. Shawn |

I am doing well on the workouts and food end.I started a new round of BDHC yesterday. My legs are a little sore this morning. I checked out the hotel gym for my wednesday BDHC session. There is a bench and a rack of dumbells so I can follow the plan and not even have to improvise. Bonus! A little later in the day than normal. I like am workouts but better late than not at all. Today I am going to the grocery store to pick up travel snacks. With my hubby gone I did not get pictures yet. With that said will either have my son take them today or my husband take them tomorrow when we get to the hotel. I am not letting the lack of photo stop me... I did start just not officially for the contest because of the picture proof. |

Check. I will be totally honest. I stayed up late packing for the train ride this morning and got up very early (4 am) so I was very tired when I got into my hotel room. I felt very much like napping in fact I even laid down. Laying there feeling sleepy, then it hit me, I didn't workout! At first I ignored the thought... Then I thought to myself, I need to get my behind up and workout. There were no excuses. Even if there wasn't a gym with dumbells and a bench.There was no excuse to be lazy. I am worth it. I am strong. I will reach my goals! No excuses! and of course I feel fabulous and accomplished now that I am finished. |

The hotel gym did have dumbells and a bench. I was just saying even if there wasn't any equipment I wouldn't have any excuses. I would have done one of the home workout revolution workouts instead or any of the TT programs that are Bodyweight programs. |

![]() I didn't end up getting the pictures on New Years eve when I got in to Elkhart on Wednesday.
I did have the hubby take pics on New Years Day. So my actual start date is January 1 Day 1 I went swimming with the family in the hotel pool. I will update more on today after it's done. The plan is BDHC workout C |

Check The 60 second dumbell row and SB leg curl super set seemed tough today. I used 20 lb for the rows first 2 sets and went down to 15 lb for the last set. Awesome workout! |

![]() I have not got in my workout yet but I will!
I am really bummed at myself for the backwards progress over the holidays. I gained a lot of weight. 8 pounds! Of course some of that may be due to lack of BM recently. I am doing a fodmap elimination for the next 10 days to see how it goes.I have been contemplating it since last spring just never actually tried it. My digestive issues have been better but still not normal. I need to get serious this year about my digestive issues. So what better time to really pay attention to my dietary intake than during this contest! |
